- Full payment is required unless alternative arrangements are made
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- All prices include applicable taxes (GST)
4.3 Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Available up to 14 days before course start date
- 50% Refund: Available 7-14 days before course start date
- No Refund: Less than 7 days before course start date
- Transfer Option: You may transfer to another course date with 48 hours notice
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Results from our courses may vary based on individual effort, practice, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement as a result of course completion.

18. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
